Co founder & Director of Sales North America
Mauricio was part of BPS Panama for over 15 years as Director of Sales in Latin America, and now plays a pivotal role as Director of Sales in the North American region.
Carlos Baez
Director of Sales Latam
Carlos is our director of the sales team in the LATAM area, serving all of Central and South America. He has more than 10 years of experience in the packaging solutions and glass bottle industry, providing support to our clients.
Jhosnelly Ramírez
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Jhosnelly manages financial operations, ranging from financial planning to implementing appropriate strategies to support the company’s needs.
Isidoro Cherem
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Isidoro is part of the third generation of the family business. He leads the marketing team, which implements communication strategies that promote our products and services.
Shigeru Guerrero
Director of Operations
Shigeru leads our operations team and currently oversees the creation of innovative solutions for glass packaging and other packaging materials.
Marielí Rodríguez
Logistics Director
Marieli is the director of the logistics team, responsible for overseeing and managing the entire shipping process to the end customer. She also optimizes processes, times, and costs.
Ligia Ferrer
Director of Human Resources
In addition to overseeing all operations related to accounting, Ligia is responsible for the human resources area, applying effective strategies for recruitment, development, and personnel retention.
María Daniela
Quality Assurance Director
Maria Daniela is in charge of the quality team, which is responsible for supervising the quality standards in each of our solutions, through laboratory tests and analyses to validate the properties and characteristics of the products.
For three family generations, we have understood the importance of investing time, resources, and effort in training dozens of collaborators to create innovative solutions that truly have a positive impact on the entire production chain.
